These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the DoodlePic mobile application (the “App”) provided by Xuan Linh Tran (“we”, “us”). Review this document before publishing.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and applicable laws.

2. Your content

You own the doodles and images you create in the App (“User Content”). You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you import or share.

3. Acceptable use

Don’t use the App to violate laws or infringe others’ rights.
Don’t attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the App.
Don’t use the App to create or share illegal or harmful content.

4. Third-party services

If you choose to share content using third-party services (for example, social media or cloud storage), their terms and privacy policies apply.

5. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the App.

7. Changes to the App or Terms

We may update the App and these Terms over time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
